The Planning Board is an administrative board which has the responsibility of reviewing all site plan and subdivision applications for conformance to all local land use regulations, as well as for conformance to State and Federal rules that may apply.

The Board meets once a month, on the first Tuesday of every month to review site plans and subdivision plans, and to hold public hearings on various applications for development or proposed ordinance changes.

The Board meets at 7: p.m. at the Minot Town Office. All meetings are open to the public.

If you would like to be placed on the Planning Board Agenda, please see Ken Pratt, Code Enforcement Officer, or, if Ken is unavailable, Rhonda Irish, Administrator, to fill out a "Request for Planning Board Review" form. All requests, subdivision plans, etc. must be submitted two weeks prior to the Planning Board Meeting .
